Welcome to the website of Peak Fitness Gym ("Peak Fitness," "We," "Us," or "Our"). We are pleased to provide the website located at Peakfitnessgym.ca (the "site") available for your use and benefit. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Use of the site is strictly voluntary. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the site.

Membership
While these Website Terms govern your use of the Site, all memberships at Peak Fitness Gym are subject to a separate Membership Agreement signed at the time of enrollment. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and your signed Membership Agreement, the terms of your Membership Agreement shall prevail regarding your gym access, fees, and cancellation rights.
House Rules and Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members, your use of Peak Fitness Gym is subject to the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the site and our physical facilities.
Proper Attire: Clean, closed-toe athletic footwear and appropriate gym clothing must be worn at all times. Please ensure your shoes are free of mud or salt before entering the workout floor.
Gym Etiquette: Please be mindful of others. Do not "monopolize" equipment during busy hours, and allow others to "work in" between sets when appropriate.
Cleanliness: For the health and safety of our community, please wipe down all equipment, benches, and mats immediately after use using the provided sanitizer.
Weights & Equipment: All weights, dumbbells, and plates must be returned to their proper racks after use. Dropping weights excessively is prohibited.
Personal Belongings: Please use the provided lockers for bags and coats. Peak Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the facility.
Photos & Video: To protect the privacy of our members, professional photography or filming is prohibited without prior management approval. Please ensure other members are not in the background of your "selfies" or workout videos.
Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate language toward staff or other members.
For your safety and security, our facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded.
Intellectual Property
The Peak Fitness Gym name, logo, and all Site content are our exclusive property. You may not copy, share, or repurpose any text, images, or branding from this Site for commercial use without our express written permission. All rights reserved.
Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites (such as booking platforms or social media) that are not owned or controlled by Peak Fitness Gym. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. By using this site, you expressly relieve Peak Fitness Gym from any and all liability arising from the use of any third-party websites.
